Shayna Givertz understands the highs and lows of motherhood firsthand. One challenging evening alone with her two young boys marked a turning point for her. This profound experience led Shayna on a transformative journey from isolation and frustration to healing and empowerment.
Shayna’s path wasn’t easy. It involved confronting deep-seated anxiety, unresolved trauma, navigating the pressures of societal expectations, and overcoming a numbness that had settled over her home life. Her quest for a quick fix through medications and social media comparisons only deepened her struggle. It wasn’t until Shayna found an amazing life coach that she truly began to reclaim her sense of self and purpose.
Now, as both a postpartum coach and a certified yoga instructor with a passion for healing through movement (physical and emotional), coupled with a deep understanding of postpartum depression and anxiety, Shayna is committed to helping other mothers and their partners through a darkness that she knows all too well.
Shayna is not a therapist. Her education has come from surviving herself and her own life experiences. Her aim is to be for someone everything that she wished she would have had postpartum.
